Pablo Rosas Hernandez, 19, beat his daughter, Anahi Hernandez, at a home on the 400 block of West Old Julian Street, police Sgt. Ronnie Lopez said. Anahi was pronounced dead at a hospital after police and paramedics responded to the home at about 7:35 p.m. Saturday.
Anahi died of blunt force trauma, an autopsy by the Santa Clara County medical examiner's office found. Police declined to detail the circumstances that led to Anahi's slaying.
