? Personnel Issues: provide accurate staff information to and liaise with FESCO to maintain a smooth implementation of personnel administration issues.
? Ad-hoc projects: finish annual budgeting, participate in Bertelsmann Mass Lay-off project, in Executives severance package calculation, Retention Agreement, etc.; and other corporate development projects, such as training program selection.
