1. Train & deploy Lean Six Sigma in Guangzhou plant to build ELS culture
2. Support the select core implementation team members and introduce them to the value steam management process, 5S, visual controls, VSM, Kanban, MDI, etc.
3. Monitor the team’s progress in applying the Lean Sigma techniques
4. Review current and future’s state value stream maps and Kaizen proposals and track result.
5. Facilitate and support Kaizen events and communicate to all levels within the organization.
6. Apply Lean Sigma assessment throughout the site and share with other site.
7. Share best practices with other sites CI managers and develop coordinated plans.
8. Challenging organizational leaders to take Lean Sigma to the next plateau.
Achievement:1.Lean methodology implementation to improve operation management
1)Build MDI(Management for Daily Improvement)Tier1,2&3 system to expose problem quickly and follow well to support OGSM
2)Implemented 5S principle to make things in organized ( Score from 1 point to 3 point)
3)TPM implementation both PM1 and PM2 (Model cell un-planning downtime rate from 3.98% to 2.56%)
4)Standard work implementation for operator in critical workstation ( Cover 60% for the whole manufacturing value stream)
5)Mistake proofing, SPC and quality gate implementation to reduce CPMO(from 3.65 to 1.82)
2.Drive Kaizen and A3 to eliminate waste and support OGSM
1)7 A3 strategy linked to OGSM and track result (90% KPM have year over year improvement)
2)Completed 16 Kaizen events and 14 projects and got YTD $1402K hard saving this year
